The scope of works encompasses construction of a building, which consists of two overground parts with a common underground garage with 274 parking spaces. The part located at Postępu Str. will include seven storeys, while the lower four-storey part will be located deep within the plot. The usable area of the facility will amount to 12,091 square metres. In addition to the office space, there will be also a canteen, nursery school and gym in the building. Facilities for cyclists have been foreseen as well: 90 bicycle parking spaces, locker rooms and shower rooms. The building will stand out by modern architecture referring to the industrial history of the area. The work on the implementation of the P4 building will be started in November 2015 and completed in July 2017. The project will be implemented with the use of ecological solutions that will allow to apply for the BREEAM certificate. At the same time, it will be the fourth facility which is being executed or has been executed by HOCHTIEF Polska in accordance with the guidelines of the BREEAM certification.

The investment is located in the Służewiec district, which is a dynamically developing office area in Warsaw. Its advantages are: proximity to Galeria Mokotów shopping centre, the S2 Expressway (southern ring road of Warsaw), Warsaw Chopin Airport, as well as convenient public transport (buses, trams, underground and Fast Urban Train system).
