Construction works will last until September 2017
HOCHTIEF Polska signed a contract for the construction of a sustainable office building according to the BREEAM certification standard at 8 Bobrowiecka Street in Warsaw. The contract comprises construction of a commercial and a service area, an underground garage as well as the construction of the road and technical infrastructure. The contract value was agreed to be kept confidential. The company Castor Park Sp. z o.o. is the investor of the project.
The HOCHTIEF Polska branch in Warsaw will start construction works in April 2016. Commissioning is scheduled for September 2017. The scope of construction includes a building with six overground and two underground storeys with a total area of 45,160 square meters, including a lease area of 22, 500 square meters. A commercial and service area with among others a canteen, a restaurant and a conference center for future tenants was designed at the ground storey. On the underground levels, there will be 501 parking spaces and technical rooms. The scope of construction works also includes works related with the development of surroundings and construction of road infrastructure.
