24,000 square meters of a new warehouse and production area ready within 11 months
HOCHTIEF Polska signed a contract for construction of a warehouse and a production hall in the existing industrial plant of Phoenix Contact Wielkopolska in Nowy Tomyśl. The contract value was agreed to be kept confidential. Commissioning of construction works by HOCHTIEF Polska’s branch in Poznań is scheduled for the middle of April, 2017. The project will include the high-bay warehouse hall as well as the production hall with office parts and catwalks to existing halls. The total area of the new buildings will amount to 24,000 square meters. A scope of works includes also building of a road infrastructure with a total area of 7,000 square meters.
The extension of the industrial plant of Phoenix Contact Wielkopolska is the 3rd project having constructed by HOCHTIEF Polska for the company Phoenix in Nowy Tomyśl. Two previous projects included a construction of three production halls.
