Company’s 13th project in Gliwice
HOCHTIEF Polska signed a contract for the construction of a production and warehouse hall complete with staff facilities in Gliwice. The project investor is the company BMZ Poland Sp z o. o.
The HOCHTIEF Polska branch in Cracow will start construction works in June 2016. Execution of the project is scheduled to be completed in April 2017. The scope of the project includes a building consisting of three segments with a total area of about 11,000 square meters. The first segment will be a two-story production hall, the second one a single-story warehouse hall. The third segment has been designed as a four-story office section comprising staff and technical rooms. The project also includes construction of related infrastructure.
