HOCHTIEF Polska signed a contract for the construction of four office and retail buildings in the complex of the Koneser Praga Center, located in the former Koneser Warsaw Distillery. The project investor is the company Centrum Praskie Koneser Sp. z o.o. Spółka komandytowa whose shareholders are Liebrecht & wooD Poland Sp. z o.o. and BBI Development NFI SA. The contract value was agreed to be kept confidential. The HOCHTIEF Polska Branch in Warsaw will start construction works in November 2016. The buildings are planned to be complete in December 2017.
The scope of the project includes construction of four new buildings (F, H, O and P) in the commercial part of the Koneser complex. They will have from two to six overground storeys and each building will include three underground storeys. The overground area of the buildings which will be constructed by HOCHTIEF Polska will amount to 32,000 square metres.
