Nearly 500 projects done so far
HOCHTIEF Polska celebrates the jubilee of 20 years of operating on the market. Since the registration in October 1996 the company develops its skills in each segment of the market, from office, through residential to industrial buildings and infrastructure objects. At present the company operates throughout Poland and is specialized mainly in the general building, constructing office, residential, industrial, commercial and entertainment as well as public buildings. The company also have gained experience in the infrastructure segment, among others during realisation of nine projects of extension and modernization airport terminals and a seaport. Important activity area of the company is also execution of construction works for the waste to energy segment. The company also has in the portfolio 12 objects, built or being built in accordance to the BREEAM or LEED certification standards.
So far HOCHTIEF Polska has executed nearly 500 projects in a cooperation with about 360 Clients and almost 1,000 Subcontractors and Suppliers. An occasion to sum up of 20 years of operating of HOCHTIEF Polska was a jubilee meeting for Business Partners on November 17 in the Teatr Syrena in Warsaw.
