The project will be completed in autumn 2017
The consortium of HOCHTIEF Polska and Mercury Engineering Polska commenced construction of the shopping centre of IKEA Centres Polska S.A. in Lublin. The project is being built in the area of Nasutowska and Kupiecka Streets as well as Spółdzielczości Pracy Avenue.
Execution of the project is scheduled to be completed in October 2017. The project includes construction of a building with three single-storey parts: a Convenience Centre (over 18,000 square metres), a Strip Mall (over 9,300 square metres) and an Atrium (875 square metres) which is a part integrating the IKEA store with the shopping centre. The total area of the building will amount to almost 29,000 square metres and will comprise 70 retail and service premises.
