Description: Construction of two apartment buildings of the ‘Port Praski’ residential complex at Krowia Street in Warsaw. They are eight-storeys buildings comprising 172 apartments with areas varying from 36 to 220 square metres as well as underground garages for 186 vehicles. Service facilities were planned on the ground floors of the buildings. The total area of the buildings including garages amounts to 25,661 square metres.
The buildings at Krowia Street are a continuation of the ‘Port Praski’ project in the area of very center of Warsaw. Its distinguishing features are a modern architectural concept and location in the neighborhood of boulevards and squares at the bank of the Vistula River.
