Description: Construction of a multi-family residential building with ten over-ground stories, two underground floors and a total area of almost 33,200 square meters will be erected. There will be 267 2-, 3-, and 4-room apartments with an area of between 35.5 and 90 square meters. The total usable floor space will be close to 14,400 square meters. A garage with 374 parking spaces is provided on two underground stories. Another 30 parking spaces will be located on the above-ground car park. In addition, 125 bicycle stands, one commercial premises and a playground will be built.
The latest contract is one more project to be implemented by HOCHTIEF Polska on behalf of companies from the Ronson Group.
