HOCHTIEF Polska S.A., as one of the companies of HOCHTIEF Infrastructure GmbH, reports ESG information to HOCHTIEF Infrastructure GmbH, which then transmits data from subsidiaries directly to HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft, so that the activities undertaken in HOCHTIEF Polska S.A. are included in the HOCHTIEF Group Reports.

In accordance with the provisions of the CSRD Directive and the Act amending the Accounting Act, the Act on Statutory Auditors, Audit Firms and Public Oversight and certain other acts, HOCHTIEF Polska S.A. is exempt from the obligation to prepare a separate sustainability report, and thus meets the requirements for disclosing information in the field of environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) policy, sustainability reporting to HOCHTIEF Infrastructure GmbH.
