HOCHTIEF Polska, the general contractor for the My Forest residential project, developed by Aurec Home at Modlińska 342 in Warsaw’s Białołęka district.
The construction works are progressing according to schedule. We have completed the foundation slab, and in the coming weeks we plan to finish the ground floor stage and complete the earthworks.
In Building A, the most advanced part of the project, only one more floor remains before reaching the roof level. Masonry works have already started, and reinforced concrete works are being carried out at a steady pace to ensure the structure is closed before winter and ready for the next finishing stages.
My Forest is an intimate residential development comprising around 130 apartments in two 4-storey buildings, complemented by retail units and an underground car park. The project is distinguished by sustainable solutions, such as heat pumps and photovoltaic panels, and a unique highlight – a 4,000 sqm private forest reserved exclusively for residents.
