HOCHTIEF Polska, as the leader of a consortium with Adamietz Warszawa, has delivered a modern Data4 data center in Jawczyce near Warsaw. The official opening of the facility took place on April 9, 2026.

The new building marks another stage in the development of the Data4 campus in Poland and offers an IT capacity of 10 MW. Ultimately, the entire campus in Jawczyce will reach a total capacity of 60 MW and approximately 50,000 sqm of gross floor area.

The completed facility is a technologically advanced infrastructure, addressing the growing demand for cloud services and artificial intelligence solutions. The project contributes to the dynamic development of digital infrastructure in Poland, which – according to market analyses – may increase its capacity from approximately 300 MW today to nearly 500 MW by 2030.

The investment stands out for its use of modern and sustainable solutions. The building has been delivered in accordance with the BREEAM standard at the “Excellent” level, and its structure is largely based on prefabrication – approximately 60% of the components were manufactured off-site. This approach helped reduce emissions and shorten the construction timeline.

As the general contractor and consortium leader, HOCHTIEF Polska was responsible for the comprehensive delivery of the investment, in cooperation with its partner Adamietz Warszawa. The execution of a data center of this class requires exceptional precision, high quality standards, and close coordination across multiple disciplines and technologies.

This project is another example of HOCHTIEF Polska’s expertise in delivering advanced digital and technological infrastructure.

We would like to thank the investor, Data4, for their trust, as well as all teams involved in the project for their professionalism and commitment at every stage of the development.
