Quinlan Private Golub and HOCHTIEF Polska are proud to announce the commencement of the construction works of Building F, the last stage of the Wiśniowy Business Park in Warsaw.

The project will be carried out by a join venture of GE Commercial Real Estate and Heitman Central Europe Property Partners, with Quinlan Private Golub acting as the developer.

The general contractor HOCHTIEF Polska, was chosen by the developer to sign the agreement with the investor Oxford Rezydencja Sp. z o.o. for the general construction works of Wiśniowy Business Park Building F, located at Iłżecka street in Warsaw.

The project, designed by architects, Aukett Fitzroy Robinson consists of a total area of 23 242,6 m2 and will measure 27,8 m high and will include a parking structure measuring a total area of 8 580 m2.

Full-height glazing along the façade, an expansive glass atrium inside the building along with sand stone and metallic detailing help to characterize the project.

Two tenants have committed to pre- leases: Carlsberg Polska S.A. has signed for over 2 600 square meters and Lafarge Group who will occupy an entire floor of 2 800 square meters.
