HOCHTIEF Polska has created a new unit – Client’s Solution Department at the beginning of 2005. The main role of this new unit is to act as a developer within the frame of the construction company.

The strategy of this new body is to develop projects with a value up to approx. 10 mln Euro. The objective is to deliver Client oriented projects like built to suit offices, company headquarters, warehouses, distribution centres, hotels, and medium and small retail units.

The Client’s Solution Department will act as a developer responsible for the complete process of scourcing, securing, developing, financing and selling the investment to the final investor. The combination of development skills with construction knowledge and experience gives a unique advantage to the final investor.
