HOCHTIEF Polska SA, together with Polimex Mostostal and HOCHTIEF Infrastructure, is participating in the competitive dialogue procedure for the selection of the contractor for the passenger terminal of the new Central Communication Port (CPK) airport.

The inaugural meeting of the competitive dialogue stage was held at the CPK headquarters. Five consortia have been shortlisted for the next phase of the procedure. Participation in this process confirms the high technical and organizational competencies of HOCHTIEF Polska in the delivery of complex infrastructure projects of strategic importance.

The CPK passenger terminal will be a facility of very high functional and technological complexity, developed in an environment with the most stringent operational, safety, and reliability requirements. The project represents one of the key elements of Poland’s future transport system.

According to the investor’s assumptions, in the first phase the terminal will reach approximately 450,000 m² of usable floor area and will be capable of handling up to 34 million passengers per year, with the potential for expansion to 44 million passengers annually. Completion of construction works is planned for 2031, with the airport scheduled to become operational in 2032.

As a member of the consortium, HOCHTIEF Polska is fully engaged in the subsequent stages of the competitive dialogue, contributing its experience gained from the delivery of the largest construction projects in Poland and across Europe.
