New contract strengthens long-term partnership with Ronson
HOCHTIEF Polska has signed a contract with Ronson Development for the construction of five residential buildings in Warsaw.
As part of Ronson’s BOSCO development on Romana Palestera Street, the project will deliver 139 apartments across five buildings with a shared underground garage.
Located close to green spaces and offering convenient access to urban amenities and transport links, BOSCO has been designed to provide high-quality living environment in one of Warsaw’s growing residential precincts.
Construction is scheduled to commence [insert month] for completion in the first quarter of 2028.
The contract further strengthens the longstanding partnership between HOCHTIEF Polska and Ronson Development. HOCHTIEF Polska is currently delivering the second stage of the Zielono Mi residential estate in Warsaw and a residential development on Sobieskiego Street in Wrocław, both for Ronson.
