We are proud to announce that the HOCHTIEF Polska team, composed of Ewa Wójcik, Kasia Sowala, and Mateusz Mizera, secured 3rd place at the 2nd Intercompany First Aid Tournament, held on May 8, 2025, at Geyer’s Gardens in Łódź. This event marked the official launch of Safety Week 2025 and brought together teams from companies affiliated with the Agreement for Safety in Construction.
The tournament aimed to promote a strong safety culture, enhance practical first aid skills, and foster team integration around the shared values of health and human life. Participants faced 18 realistic rescue scenarios, all designed and evaluated by professionals in accordance with the standards of the European Resuscitation Council.
Our team demonstrated impressive knowledge, quick thinking, outstanding teamwork, and full commitment throughout the competition. The tournament was a true challenge—both physically and intellectually—demanding rapid response, logical reasoning, and resilience under pressure. Ewa, Kasia, and Mateusz handled every scenario with professionalism and exceptional collaboration.
Thanks to their outstanding performance, HOCHTIEF Polska not only earned a place on the podium, but also received the honorary title of Crown Voivode of Rescue Operations. This achievement reflects our belief that a culture of safety is not just a slogan—it is a lived value and daily commitment within our company.
We extend our warm congratulations to all participants—especially the winning team from Grupa Unibep.
