Almost 36,000 square meters of new residential area with car park and service shops.

HOCHTIEF Polska Branch in Warsaw has signed an agreement on the construction of the 2nd stage of Sokratesa Park & Art residential complex at Sokratesa 13 Street in Warsaw’s Bielany District. The contract value was agreed to be kept confidential. The project was ordered by Sokratesa Development Sp. z o.o. In the 1st phase of the estate construction completed by HOCHTIEF Polska in July 2012, two blocks of 297 flats and one-storey underground car park were being built. The scope of the 2nd stage includes two nine-storeys buildings (ground floor, six regular floors, and two landmark floors) with two-storey underground car park. The complex will also host service shops, which will be located on the ground floor. The building’s total area will amount to approx. 36 000 square meters. It will offer 300 apartments with floor areas ranging from 32 to 120 square meters (one, two, three and four-roomed) as well as 20 commercial premises from 42 to 125 square meters. It will also include 305 car park places. People who live on the ground floor will have gardens at their disposal. The apartments have been designed to support storerooms and a garage for storing motorbikes. A standard and functional structure of flats is response to the contemporary demand for that kind of investments on the Polish market. 1st and 2nd stages of the Sokratesa Park & Art has been designed by MKC Architekci Studio. The investment will be carried out in two sub-stages. The 1st part of the construction work within the 2nd stage is to begin on October 16, 2013 and is scheduled to be completed in Q4 of 2015. Another assets of the Sokratesa Park & Art complex are the location in the immediate vicinity of Młociny underground station and a proximity of a forest, attractive green area as well as recreational lands and service shops. The residential complex is equipped in 24/7 security supported with monitoring.
