The scope of work includes the construction of a residential building with an underground car park. The project will comprise two parts: an eleven- storey- part (staircases No.1 and 2) and a seven-storey-part (staircase No.3). The building forms stage two of the Sakura residential complex. It will occupy an area of more than 16,000 square metres.
Construction of the first building in the Sakura residential complex began in September 2010. The symbolic topping out ceremony took place on 19 October, 2011 and marked completion of the shell construction works. Its nine storeys will include 99 apartments. The project covers a total area of 15,700 square metres. The ground floor and the first floor will house office and commercial space.
Another asset of this project is its location, which offers a proximity of attractive green areas (horse racing track, Pole Mokotowskie park complex) as well as internal Japanese style garden. Stage one of the complex is scheduled to be completed in April 2012 and stage two in May 2013.
