The 19th of September 2007 saw the completion of the first stage of ground works as part of the realisation of the Adgar Plaza office building at ul. Postępu in Warsaw and the ceremonial laying of the foundation stone for the facility.
The investor for this modern office building complex is Adgar Postępu Sp. z o.o., and the general contractor for building works is HOCHTIEF Polska Budokor Branch.

The Adgar Plaza office building complex is one of the most modern office investments in Poland. It will comprise two 10-floor A-class buildings, which offer a total space of 27 000 m² and 630 underground parking places.
The entire building complex meets the highest international standards. The solutions applied offer an effective layout for office space, which results in the reduction of tenancy costs. The design of this building complex was prepared by STUDIO QUADRA Sp. z o.o. and APMD Sp. z o.o.

The completed section of the Adgar Plaza complex consists of a 10-storey A-class office building and a 3-storey underground garage. The initial building work for this part of the investment, which is estimated to be worth nearly 30 million Euros, commenced in January 2007. The entire investment is predicted to be completed in August 2008.

This fully air-conditioned facility will be equipped with state-of-the-art management systems and 24-hour security supported by a CCTV monitoring system.
The heart of the complex will be an interior piazza with a restaurant and cafeteria, sport and leisure centre with a pool, impressively equipped weight room, health treatment room, squash court and fitness and Spinning halls. The recreation centre will also provide professional instruction and health treatment sessions, being additional items on offer. The space intended for ‘after-work activities’ will cover 1500 square meters and will constitute the first amalgamation of office and leisure space in Warsaw.
A unique feature of this facility is a modern Conference Centre which will enable the organisation of small meetings and large-scale conferences for up to 350 people. The central server room, so-called DATA CENTRE, guarantees the economical development of a computerised information system. Other facilitations will be provided by IP telephony.
A prestigious location, in a dynamically developing part of Warsaw’s Mokotów and in close neighbourhood to Galeria Mokotów, provides quick access to the airport, the city centre and an opportunity to make use of the broad municipal communication network.

“We have just begun commercialisation of the building. We are happy to see that this investment has enjoyed such popularity with potential tenants: We have recently signed a lease contract with a fitness club owner.
We have high hopes that the interesting technological solutions and functionality of this facility will encourage other companies looking for office space to take a closer look at our project” – said Hanna Piskorek, Managing Director of Adgar Postępu Sp z o.o., during today’s ceremony.
