HOCHTIEF Polska Branch in Warsaw completed the shell of an office building in Poloneza Str. in Ursynów, a district of Warsaw.
The ceremony was held on 21 December 2009. With a total area of 7,300 square metres, the building is a three-storey structure with an underground car park, above-ground parking space and a warehouse part. The project is funded by Poloneza Investment.
The work on site started in July 2009 and the symbolic topping out ceremony marked
the completion of the shell. Finishing works are currently in progress. The project is to be completed in June 2010. After commissioning, the building will become the headquarters
for companies of the Juwentus Group.
The building is distinguished by its refined architecture of both interiors and exteriors and a unique style of development of the surrounding area, including the water pools at the entrance or the illuminated pylons with the corporate name Juwentus.
“We are currently doing the finishing work, laying screeds and plasters, assembling the glass, aluminium and stone facades and installing the systems. We will soon move on to constructing partition walls, suspended ceilings and external parts of the utilities network,” said Ms Monika Rakowska, Project Manager at the HOCHTIEF Polska Branch in Warsaw.
