HOCHTIEF Polska has signed in a consortium a contract for the construction
of four residential buildings in the residential complex URSUS Classic in the area of Dyrekcyjna Street in Warsaw. The developer is UDI TAU sp. z o.o. from UDI Group, a leading development and investing company based in the Czech Republic, that is expanding in several countries in Central Europe. The contract value was agreed to be kept confidential. The construction works will start
in June and be completed in the first half of 2029. The project was designed
by the design studio Kuryłowicz & Associates.
The project scope includes construction of four seven – and eight-storey buildings. They will accomodate 561 apartments of different size, 554 parking spaces (including 17 places for people with disabilities) in a one-storey underground car park and commercial units on the ground floor.
In the years 2021-2022, HOCHTIEF Polska completed the first stage of the residential complex URSUS Classic. The six-storey building with 114 apartments was built on the revitalized premises of former URSUS factory.
