HOCHTIEF Polska has taken 1st place in the 3rd Intercompany First Aid Tournament, held on April 23–24, 2026, in Wilga as part of Safety Week 2026.
Our company was represented by a team consisting of Patrycja Sosnowska, Anna Knyt, Karol Grzegrzółka and Dominik Tutak, who outperformed teams from 14 member companies.
The tournament, organized by Porozumienie dla Bezpieczeństwa w Budownictwie in cooperation with Centrum Ratownictwa, was based on realistic emergency response scenarios. Participants faced demanding situations such as falls from height, amputations, severe bleeding, burns, electric shock, and anaphylactic shock following an insect sting.
All tasks were designed and assessed in accordance with the standards of the European Resuscitation Council, ensuring a high level of quality and realism.
The HOCHTIEF Polska team demonstrated excellent preparation, composure, and teamwork, achieving top results across all stations. This victory is the result of their commitment, continuous training, and ongoing development of first aid competencies.
This year’s success is particularly meaningful—following last year’s third-place finish, the team has now reached the top of the podium, confirming steady progress and a consistently high level of readiness.
Second place was awarded to Unibep Group, while third place went to Polaqua (ACS Group).
Participation in the tournament is not only about competition—it is, above all, about strengthening a culture of safety and developing skills that can make a real difference in life-threatening situations.
This achievement is a strong reflection of HOCHTIEF Polska’s commitment to safety as a core value—translated into real actions and practical competencies.
Congratulations to the entire team and thank you for representing HOCHTIEF Polska so proudly! 🏆
