We are pleased to inform you about the progress of construction works on the Miasto Moje investment, which is being carried out in Warsaw’s Białołęka district. The project is developing according to the assumed schedule, and its implementation is carried out by an experienced team of specialists.

Construction works progress

Building No. 16

The construction of the open shell has been completed. The last reinforced concrete ceiling was completed on April 25, 2025, which marks the completion of the key construction stage of this building.

Building No. 15

Currently, work is being carried out on the construction of the ceiling above the fourth floor. At the same time, reinforced concrete works related to the implementation of vertical elements of the fifth floor are underway.

Masonry works

Masonry works are carried out simultaneously on both buildings – from the ground floor level to the second floor. The progress of work is systematic and in accordance with the plan.

Underground garage

All masonry works within the garage have already been completed. Currently, activities related to the insulation of ceilings and the installation of industry installations, including sanitary, electrical and ventilation systems, are underway.
