Offices and a hotel covering approx. 58,000 square metres will be another LEED-compliant project. HOCHTIEF Polska Branch in Warsaw will erect two buildings on the corner of ul. Żwirki i Wigury and ul. 1 Sierpnia in Warsaw. The contract also covers the installation of the technical and road infrastructure, as well as a park.
The contract value was agreed to be kept confidential. The investor is SwedeCenter. Construction works will begin in February 2011 and will take 19 months. Both buildings form stage 1 of the Business Garden complex. They will have 7 overground levels and two underground levels, with car parks and technical rooms. The total area will amount to 58,000 square metres. The first building will house a business hotel, restaurants, a conference centre and some office space. The second will have office space and other commercial premises. Both buildings will have a reinforced concrete construction with a glass and aluminium facade.

The construction process will involve the application of modern design and technical solutions compliant with the principles of sustainable construction. A LEED certificate has been applied for in relation to this project.
