HOCHTIEF Polska Warsaw Branch completed the shell of a multi-apartment building at the Gemini residential complex in Warsaw.

Topped out on 10 September 2009, the building is part of the modern Gemini residential complex in Komisji Edukacji Narodowej Avenue the Warsaw district if Ursynów.

It is the first stage of the GEMINI residential project, an investment by a company of the RONSON Group. The project covers a total of 324 flats, 20 service shops and 449 parking spaces at its 2-level underground car park.
As part of the contracted Stage 1, the Warsaw Branch of HOCHTIEF Polska is constructing a residential building with 11 overground storeys and 2 levels of underground car park.
The building will include 151 flats with floorage ranging from 52 to 152 square metres. The total area being built, along with the space to be used for services and car park, is approx. 19,000 square metres. The upper floors were designed for large apartments with a view on the entire district. Finishing works are already in progress. The current stage is scheduled to be completed in September 2010.

The building meets top architectural standards and best usability requirements (large wooden windows, spacious terraces, loggia and balconies). It has a very attractive location in direct neighbourhood of the Ursynów Borough Office Building, an underground station and the proximity of the rich infrastructure of the district. In addition to its excellent public transport links to the city centre, the complex is not far from a bicycle path leading to popular leisure areas.
It will also be monitored all-day by security guards. Its residents will occupy flats with 1 to 5 rooms. The ground floor is designed to accommodate an extensive range of shops and services. The facades and interiors of the common spaces are made of top quality construction materials. The central part of the complex is to include a generally accessible green area and a children’s playground.
