HOCHTIEF Polska has signed a contract for the construction of a new housing estate located at the intersection of Zatorska and Sobieskiego streets in Wrocław. The investor of the project is Ronson Development. As part of the project, three interconnected buildings with seven floors will be built, with a total of 187 apartments and 11 commercial premises.
The estate will offer a wide selection of apartments – from compact studios to spacious, four-room apartments – designed for young people looking for their first home, as well as investors looking for attractive properties for rent. The whole is distinguished by modern architecture and functional layouts of premises that meet the needs of modern city residents.
The signing of the agreement is another step in the cooperation between HOCHTIEF Polska and Ronson Development. Both companies have already completed joint projects, m.in. the Miasto Moje estate in Warsaw (its eighth stage is currently under construction) and the Zielono Mi investment – also located in the capital.
The new housing estate at Zatorska Street in Wrocław is another joint investment aimed at creating modern, functional living spaces in dynamically developing Polish cities.
