We are pleased to announce that HOCHTIEF Polska has been selected as the general contractor for the second stage of the Zielono Mi housing estate, which is being developed by Ronson Development in Warsaw’s Mokotów district.
The contract will include:
- two 4-storey residential buildings with 73 apartments,
- underground garage with one storey,
- complete reinforced concrete structure and all mechanical and electrical installations,
- land development and finishing works in common areas.
The project is characterized by a high architectural standard, carefully designed greenery and environmentally friendly solutions, including photovoltaic panels and an electric vehicle charging station.
This is the next stage of our cooperation with Ronson Development, which confirms our strong partnership and trust in the quality of our services.
The implementation of the investment will start soon – we are glad that we can be part of a project that responds to the needs of a modern, conscious lifestyle.
