In connection with information on the internet and social media, we kindly inform that in 2008 Oleg Deripaska sold his shares at HOCHTIEF. Shareholder registers that identify the majority of HOCHTIEF AG shareholders show, that among company’s shareholders there isn’t currently any shareholder from Russia. Furthermore we inform that no Russian investor is a beneficial owner of HOCHTIEF Polska S.A. within the meaning of the provisions of the Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Act of March 1, 2018 (i.e.: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1132, as amended), as confirmed by the entries in the open Central Register of Beneficial Owners maintained by the Minister of Finance.

HOCHTIEF Polska builds 108 apartments for Okam.
 
“Today a topping-out ceremony was held at the 3rd stage of the Dom w Dolinie Trzech Stawów (The House in the Valley of Three Ponds) residential complex. The project is located in a beautiful and natural green area as well as nearby the city of Katowice. The extra advantage is a high-quality execution, guaranteed by HOCHTIEF Polska. We are very glad because of this cooperation and I am sure, that the future residents will be as well.
The Dom w Dolinie Trzech Stawów had been already rewarded for few times. And our customers appreciate advantages of this project: today 93 per cent of apartments, available in the 3rd stage, are already sold. We plan to finish it in the first half of 2019”, Arie Koren, CEO Okam, said.
 
As a scope of works at Sikorskiego Street in Katowice a residential building with eight above-ground stories and two underground stories will be built. It will house 108 apartments with a total usable area of about 7,300 square meters, 143 regular parking lots, including four carpark lifts. Moreover, sports facilities for tennis and beach volleyball will be built on the external area of the complex.
 
“Project implementation is according to plan: the structural works were completed. Building, assembly, installation and finishing works are in progress. Façade works and land development remain to be executed,” Robert Bilski, contract manager at the HOCHTIEF Polska Branch in Kraków, concluded.
 
From 2012 to 2016, the HOCHTIEF Polska Branch in Kraków constructed three residential buildings with a total area of about 22,300 square meters in the Dom w Dolinie Trzech Stawów complex. These comprise 157 apartments with a total usable area of about 11,500 square meters.
