Recruitment process

  • Stage I Pre-selection of applications

    All applications in response to job offers are subject to initial analysis. This stage allows us to verify whether the skills provided in the application documents conform to the job profile they refer to and to select candidates for further interview.
  • Stage II Skills-related phone interview

    We contact selected candidates by phone to verify the information provided in the application documents. This stage also allows us to verify particular skills of the candidates, e.g. good command of foreign languages. On the basis of the information collected we choose the candidates to personally attend job interviews organized at the company premises.
  • Stage III Job interviews

    The first meeting is usually conducted by HR specialists. During the skills interview you can expect to be asked detailed questions about your subject matter and personal skills. During this meeting we also try to provide you with as much information as possible about our organization and the advantages of working in our team. This stage is concluded by recommending selected candidates to attend an interview with the manager responsible for engaging new personnel.
  • Stage IV Interview with the managers

    Final and decisive stage. Interview with the manager of the division you apply for. This person ultimately decides whether to employ you or another candidate recommended by an HR specialist.
