Production and warehouse building ready in summer 2019
HOCHTIEF Polska's Branch in Kraków will erect the packaging material manufacturing building on the premises of Alupol Films in Oświęcim. The investor is Alupol Films Sp. z o.o. In accordance with the provisions of the contract, the project value is kept confidential. The building will be ready in summer 2019.
The contract concerns the implementation — in the design & build system — of a building with a usable area of more than 5,500 square meters. It will be a mirror image of the existing production hall with a production line of extruded packaging materials and a warehouse. The order also includes the execution of process systems and external infrastructure including manoeuvre area and relocation of utilities.
