Towarowa Towers, a project whose general contractor is HOCHTIEF Polska, will soon reach its target height. Considering the awards it has received, it is one of the capital's most successful real estate projects.

Towarowa Towers is a complex of two 29-story towers. Tower A is currently 27 stories high and will reach its planned height in March, while Tower B is currently 21 stories high with a planned completion date of April/May. Ultimately, in range of Towarowa Towers project, HOCHTIEF will build nearly 600 apartments from 21 to 147 sqm.

Sustainable development

What sets Towarowa Towers apart from other developments in the capital is the combination of multiple functions in one place. Future residents will be able to enjoy a wide range of services, culture and entertainment in the immediate vicinity, as well as, among other things, the opportunity to use a common area with a recreation zone or train in fitness clubs.

An excellent location is another advantage of the investment under construction on Prosta Street in Warsaw. Bus and streetcar stops, Veturilo station and Metro Line II are within walking distance. There are numerous restaurants, bars, entertainment venues or a cinema within a few minutes' walk.

Project Winner at European Property Awards

Towarowa Towers was the Polish winner of the European Property Awards in two categories: Residential High Rise Development and Residential High Rise Architecture, and additionally received a special Five Stars award, which is given to the best scoring project. At the competition gala in London, Towarowa Towers also received a special nomination for being one of the best projects in Europe.
