In Jawczyce near Warsaw, the second of the planned four facilities of the Data4 campus will be built.

The consortium of HOCHTIEF Polska S.A. and Adamietz Warszawa has signed a contract for the design and general contracting  of a modern data processing center on the Data4 campus in Jawczyce near Warsaw. The client is a leading European operator and investor in the data center sector – Data4 Group.

The first Polish data center campus is located in Jawczyce on a plot of 4 hectares. The investment will ultimately include 4 facilities with a total capacity allocation of 60 MW. The first
8 MW data center was officially opened in May this year and occupies over 2,200 m2.

The consortium will be responsible for the construction of the second building. The designed facility consists of two parts: technological and office. All rooms are designed to allow easy communication and transport of goods to all areas of the building.

Before our eyes, especially during the pandemic, many areas of life have undergone intensive digitization. Hence the ever-growing importance of data centers, which are already a key element of the economy. That is why we are proud that as HOCHTIEF Polska we will implement this project for a partner who, like us, combines large-scale operations with European values and a responsible approach to business says Tadeusz Blecha, President of the Management Board of HOCHTIEF Polska SA.

The Data4 campus is located at Przyparkowa Street in Jawczyce, approx. 12 km from the centre of Warsaw and approx. 14 km from Chopin Airport. The availability of the location is also guaranteed by the immediate vicinity of the S8, S2 and A2 motorways.

All works related to the construction of the building  will be carried out in accordance with the
BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method ) certificate, ensuring that the investment will be carried out with respect for the natural environment.
