Quinlan Private Golub and HOCHTIEF Polska are proud to announce the commencement of the construction works of International Business Center, phase II.
The project is owned and financed by GLL Real Estate Partners, with Quinlan Private Golub acting as their developer.
The general contractor HOCHTIEF Polska Budokor Branch, was chosen by the developer to sign the agreement for the general construction works of International Business Center II, located at Polna street in Warsaw.
The project, designed by architects, Denton Corker Marshall will measure 58,5 m high and will consist of a total area of 19 400 rentable square meters on 14 stories. It will include a 3 storey underground garage of a total area of 4 425 square meters with 115 parking stalls.
International Business Center, phase II is scheduled for completion in April 2007.
The project is now being fully marketed for rental and the interest levels received to date are very positive.
