HOCHTIEF Polska Budokor Branch has been chosen as the general contractor of CasaVerde, a modern apartment residential building in the Warsaw district of Mokotow. The project is funded by Orco Property Group.

CasaVerde will be one of the most technologically advanced housing projects in Warsaw. The complex is to be located in the Warsaw district of Mokotow on a parcel of 4,291 sq. metres enclosed by Rakowiecka and Bruna streets. The Mokotow location ensures the proximity of the green area of Pola Mokotowskie parks and excellent access to the city centre.
The construction work started in March and is scheduled to be completed in August 2008. CasaVerde was designed by RKW Rode Kellerman Wawrowsky Polska Sp. z o.o.

The modern architecture and the stylish finish will make CasaVerde one of the most luxurious residential investment in Warsaw. The building of 14,816 sq. metres and a volume of 53,942 cubic metres will comprise four staircases. The 8,036 sq. metres of its residential space will be divided into 102 comfortable flats, whose are will range from 32 to 150 sq. metres.

The L-shape of the building adds lightness to its bearing structure. One of the two wings is designed to have six storeys and the other one will have nine. The top floors will accommodate luxurious penthouses with spacious terraces with areas of up to 60 sq. metres. The ground floor will include a number of facilities and services.
The future residents of the CasaVerde Building will also have access to an underground car park. The premises will be fenced and monitored 24/7. The building will be surrounded by a green courtyard, which will include a playground for children and sports and leisure area for adults.
