On February 29, 2008 - five months from embedding a foundation stone - a perch has been put on the first office building of the Adgar Plaza complex in Warsaw. The General Contractor for the building works, performed on the order of Adgar Postęp Sp. z o.o is HOCHTIEF Polska, Budokor Branch.
The first office building in the Adgar Plaza complex at Postęp, Mokotów reached its planned height. The perch was put on the ten storey building with a three level parking lot. Development of this part of the complex will be completed in August 2008.
The developed office building will be fully air conditioned and equipped with modern management systems, data communications systems and 24 hour security with a monitoring system.
- Completing the building’s planned height is a very important stage of the project both for the investor and the contractor of the building works.
It also proves good cooperation between all business partners involved in the project development.
Today, when we put a symbolic perch, works connected with developing the skeleton of the structure are completed. In the same breath with the construction works, also installation works in plant rooms and common spaces have been carried out for a couple of months. Taking advantage of favourable weather conditions, in the nearest future we will start finishing works inside the building as well as in the surrounding area – said Adam Janus, the contract manager in HICHTIEF Polska, Budokor Branch.
As a target an office building Adgar Plaza at 15 Postępu will consist of two office buildings. It will be one of the most modern office projects in Poland. Apart from a 27,000 square meter of modern A class office space and 630 parking places, Adgar Plaza will also offer the tenants an extended conference centre for 350 persons and sports and recreation complex.
The whole complex meets top international standards. Solutions applied give a ground for effective planning of the office space which brings rental cost reduction.
The central point of the complex is the internal courtyard with a restaurant and cafeteria, sports and recreation centre with a swimming pool, fully equipped body building gym, wellness, squash court and fitness clubs. The recreation centre will provide also professional instructors and a spa. The area for spare time activity will cover over 1500 square metres.
The Modern Conference Centre will make the structure outstanding and enables organising both small scale meetings as well as conferences for 350 persons. The central server rooms i.e DATA CENTER, provides economical extension of an IT system. Further facilities will be provided by the IP telephone system.
An additional quality of the Adgar Plaza is its location in a dynamically growing business part of Mokotów, a district of Warsaw, with good connections with the airport, city centre, also allowing an access to a good urban communication system.
The architectural project of the building complex Adgar Plaza has been developed by STUDIO QUADRA Sp. z o.o and APMD Sp z o.o. Total value of the project amounts to app. 30 million EUR.
