Both office buildings A and B in the order portfolio.
HOCHTIEF Polska Budokor Branch received an order for the construction of a second office building in the Adgar Plaza complex.
The complex, which is being built on Postepu St. in Warsaw's district of Mokotow, will consist of two ten-storey A and B buildings.
The investor of the project is Adgar Postepu. The contract volume was agreed to be kept confidential.
HOCHTIEF Polska will end the construction of building A in October 2008, while the works on building B will last until October 2009.
total area of building B, which will include three underground levels for parking space and some of technical-purpose areas, is estimated to be 22,392 square meters. Building A will cover an area of ca. 31,983 square meters.
The whole Adgar Plaza complex will be one of the most modern office investments in Poland. Apart from 27,000 square meters of modern, class A office area and 630 parking spaces, Adgar Plaza will offer a large conference centre for 350 persons and sports-leisure centre. The central point of the complex is the internal courtyard with a restaurant and cafeteria, sports and recreation centre with a swimming pool, fully equipped body building gym, wellness, squash court and fitness rooms.
