Second project of the firm Kalbud Deweloper in the portfolio of HOCHTIEF Polska - completion of stage two is planned for June 2009
HOCHTIEF Polska Poz-Building Branch has received the order for the building of stage two of the Kalinowe Residential Estate
in Rokietnica near Poznań. The contract volume was agreed to be kept confidential.
The project includes the building four three-storey residential buildings together with the execution of access roads, parking, footpaths and landscaping surrounding green space. Within the second building stage will be constructed flats one, two and three room with space from 38 to 65 square metres. Because the Kalinowe Estate is being built in close proximity to green landscape, the project envisages solutions linked to the natural surroundings: wooden elevation panels and blinds of Siberian larch, external window facings in harmony with the wooden elevation elements and sunken waste containers. The completion of the stage two of the residential estate execution
is planned for June 2009. The building of stage I was completed by HOCHTIEF Polska in summer 2008.
The Kalinowe Residential Estate will constitute a complex of nineteen three-storey multi-residential buildings. In total the estate
offers 428 one, two, and three room flats with space from 38 to 65 square metres.
Project execution also includes the construction of estate infrastructure: access roads, parking and green space landscaping.
24-hour monitoring is envisaged for the perimeter-fenced estate. The total area of the space of the buildings occupies 11, 782 square metres, and the roads take 7,142 square metres, while the area of green space amounts to 15,542 square metres.
