HOCHTIEF Polska has been contracted to build the Good Point Puławska II Logistics Centre in Łubna near Warsaw. The new building will be located in direct proximity of National Road 79. Its contract value was agreed to be kept confidential.

The project is an investment by Real Management S.A., represented by its special purpose entity RM4 Sp. z o.o. Construction work is scheduled to start in May 2010 and end in January 2011. Its scope includes a single-storey hall of an area exceeding 21,000 square metres and, optionally, another building of an area of above 29,000 square metres. Ultimately, the 9-hectare land plot will become a location of storage facilities with an area of more than 50,000 square metres. At the highest point, the warehouse will be 10 metres tall. The project also includes one two-storey office and staff building with sanitary facilities and technical rooms, such as a transformer station, switching stations and ICT rooms located on its ground floor. Once it has been completed, the hall can easily be split into four independent parts, providing flexible space management options to its future tenants.
