On June 14, 2011, HOCHTIEF Polska got a construction permit to build the Villa Poema residential project at Krasinskiego Street in Warsaw. It is HOCHTIEF Polska’s first investment under the socalled FormArt formula meaning that the organisation of the entire development process is carried out by the company. The promotional apartment presale began in mid-November 2010. Construction launch is scheduled for July 2011 and the completion in the fourth quarter of 2012.
Villa Poema is a five-storey building with 42 apartments. The intimate nature of the object, the greenery in the immediate area, proximity to the city centre and the Arcadia mall as well as the specific atmosphere of Zoliborz are the main features of the Villa Poema project. The building has a total usable area of 2,710 square meters and has apartments with floor areas ranging from 38 to 92 square meters. Commercial premises on the ground floor will occupy about 325 square meters. The design includes three meter high apartments with large terraces or balconies facing the south side on the top floor. The apartments have been designed to support air conditioning with underground parking spaces and storerooms being provided for each apartment.
