HOCHTIEF Polska Branch in Warsaw completed the shell of a multi-apartment buildings at the Gemini residential complex in Warsaw.

Topped out on 5 June 2012 buildings are part of the modern Gemini residential complex at Komisji Edukacji Narodowej Avenue in Warsaw’s Ursynów district. The project was ordered by the Ronson Development.

Two buildings will include 167 flats with floorage ranging from 40 to 135 square metres, as well as office and service shops. The residents will be able to use a two-level underground car park. HOCHTIEF Polska Branch in Warsaw commenced the construction work in March 2011. Until now, the reinforced concrete construction works of an residential complex have been completed. The brick construction works, as well as plaster finishing have reached their final stage. Elevation works and internal finishing works will start very soon.

The total area being built, along with the space to be used for services and car park, is approx. 30,000 square metres. The facades and interiors of the common spaces are made of top quality construction materials. Another asset of Gemini site is its location which offers excellent access to the Imielin subway station as well as modern architecture. The works are planned to be completed in December 2012.
