July 10 – symbolic inauguration of construction works carried out by HOCHTIEF Polska
Okam Capital and HOCHTIEF Polska symbolically laid the cornerstone for the Dom w Dolinie Trzech Stawów residential complex. The Dom w Dolinie Trzech Stawów (House in the Three Ponds Valley) is an apartment project with a recreation and sports complex, located in the picturesque scenery of the Three Ponds Valley. The complex is developed by Okam Capital and its general contractor is the HOCHTIEF Polska Branch in Kraków. The contract value was agreed to be kept confidential.
The investment will be carried out consisting of three stages. The first stage of the works covers construction of eight- and nine-storey buildings, which consist of 108 apartments, 11 commercial premises, underground parking, storages and lobby on the ground floor. The total floor area of the first stage will amount to 14,808 square meters. The scope of work includes the land management for sports and recreational facilities.
Construction works of the first stage commenced in July 2012 and will take 19 months.
