In the middle of December 2016, a traditional topping-out ceremony was held to mark the execution of the shell of two buildings of the P4 office and service project at Postepu 4 Str. in Warsaw. Its general contractor is HOCHTIEF Polska Branch in Poznan. The P4 will consist of a seven-storey building, located at Postepu Str., and a four-storey building, located deep within the plot. Besides a two-storey underground garage will be build. Total area of the P4 will amount above 12,000 square meters. The project is being implemented with the use of ecological solutions that will allow to apply for the BREEAM certificate. Architecture of the P4 will refer to the industrial history of Sluzewiec district, which is nowadays a dynamically developing office area in Warsaw. The construction works will be finished in July 2017.
